Can anybody explain what "Special Requirement from ISP" does?

Honestly curious. Should I somehow be using it with the bridged Cable DOCSIS machine from my ISP?
Like, clone the gateway device's MAC addy?

And what about the DHCP options above this on the WAN page? when i ipconfig /all I see both a DHCPv6 DIUD as well as IAID... are those coming from my AX88 with IPV6 enabled, or is that my ISP?
 
If you need to set any of those options you'd already know about it. Either your ISP would have told you, or your internet wouldn't be working and you'd be asking why.

they explain the what, but not so much the why, which is what I really wanted to know, especially for the DHCP options.
wikipedia was helpful there- Inferring that they are to identify specific clients on a network, likely for security reasons
