    AC87U I have a question for you merlin though, I am setting up a public library network. I am using 6 RT-AC87Us on his network set up. One, as my main router and five of those, as access points. The network works when 2 APs are connected to a switch but once a third AP is connected...

    If you will do a hard reset before/after it would still go back to the default settings right? So what's the difference by doing the reset after, instead of before the Firmware Upgrade? I'm just curious sir Merlin.

    3.0.0.4.378_3989 I was looking on the website of Asus for the RT-AC3200 but I haven't seen any firmware update. Does Asus has another firmware aside from 3.0.0.4.378_3989 w/c is the stock firmware of AC3200? Can I have the link please if there is one?

    Difference? Aside from the additional 5Ghz frequency, how is this better than the ac87r/ac87u model of asus? From what I've read it has the same hardware components. and the Speed of the 5ghz of the AC3200 is only up to 1.3gbps while the AC87R/AC87U has 1.750Gbps.
