    I'm confused because I don't have anything plugged into the USB ports on the router. I used a USB thumb drive to install the Kamoj add-on, and a different USB thumb drive to install / experiment with Entware. But there is nothing plugged into either USB port now.

    I, too, lost all of my settings when I upgraded to 74.4SF. But I haven't had a problem with any upgrades since then, so I'm no longer worried that there is a defect in my NVRAM.

    I don't believe you read the response of @eevanskiteboards correctly, at least not as to his first answer re: Dnscrypt v2. I agree that his results on the Settings page are consistent with what should be expected (while mine are not).
