    I'm not so sure, but should be around 700-900 sqft per floor. It's really expensive to buy land in Vietnam, so people always try to build floors instead to increase living area.

    Based on what the OP described, I believe OP's property is multi-story. None single router/AP is applicable in this case. That said, I believe a simple network setup can reduce the recover time to <5 seconds (Router with multiple APs, even with different SSID, non .k .v), at least in my experience.
