    I really don't know. I haven't the knowledge to investigate this problem myself so for now I stick to 380.64_2 [emoji18] Hopefully there's some smart guy around who figures out how to setup the router for PIA with openvpn 2.4.x Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk

    Possible to disable router if VPN is disconnected?

    Hmmm strange, My pia vpn works well on 380.64_2. When I upgrade the firmware to 380.65, and leave the openvpn settings the same (only disable Cipher Negotiation), the problem appears within a day. My vpn status in the router says "connected" but I can't serve the Internet. When I restart the...

    Okay, thanks. I'll try it one more time (my connection drops once or twice a day). I use the same config as @yorgi described, the only difference is I don't fill in the .crt and .PEM. In my config I point to the .crt and .PEM files on my usb-stick. Till now this worked flawless for me.

    For me openvpn2.4.0 is a disaster. Connection is lost once or twice a day. I asked PIA for help but they cannot or will not help me. Reverted back to 380.64_2 and everything is fine now. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk

    In the 380.65 beta versions my openvpn connection with PIA stops every day a few times. All seems okay to me but I can't connect to the Internet. When I restart the client, everything is fine for a few hours. Reverted back to 380.64_2 and everything is fine now. Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone...

    Thanx for the great and easy guide. But still a question... I'm using Kodi on a RPi2 which is routed trough the vpn (policy rules). But when I use the vpn route, there are a lot less working streams available for movies and/or series. Is there a solution for my problem? TIA Patrick

    Thanks yorgi for this excellent guide. I've only one "safety issue" running a dnsleak test. I asked it already elsewhere on the forum but it's not clear to me. When I use "Exclusive" in my dns configuration and I run a test, I got a Pia IP address and a dns address witch is the same address...
