    Updated my RT-N16 to version 49E4. Went through all the menu tabs on AsusWRT GUI. Nothing out of the ordinary. amtm and all the scripts I use seem to be working normally in ssh session. So far so good.

    Maybe try troubleshooting the USB 3.0 port, on the GUI. Change it to USB 2.0 mode and see if that will allow the router to see/access all 3 drives. Administration>>USB Setting>>USB Mode>>USB 2.0. Just to see if it will work, very slow access if it does, unfortunately.
