    Did that. All they can help is "Contact the store you bought the router from and refund/replace it". No actual technical support. Disappointing really. So I am on my own now I guess....

    I got mine from Gearbest. It's Chinese version, but you can easily change region in Wireless professional tab and language from any place in UI. Only problem at the moment is unstable Wireless. I've sent logs to Asus and waiting for new firmware that will(hopefully) fix that.

    Reporting about new firmware. Much better. Still some issues with 2TB USB 3.0 drive scanning (Error 12). Not enough RAM, I think. Open VPN now with option "Client will use VPN to access" Lan only or internet and Lan. Still testing...
