    GT-AX11000 -> No 160 Mhz on 5Ghz-2?

Allow the DFS channels, click apply, then check again. won't get 160mhz in the upper band without dfs afaik.

Asus AX6100 (two AX 92U routers)

On pc, that link Andreiv recommended seems quite decent, another useful one is the ubiquiti one for pc's: https://speed.ui.com uses the same servers as the wifiman app. Ideally a better test for wifi would be to copy off a pc/nas to a laptop and check the actual transfer speeds as web traffic...

Seems like a nice site, thanks :)

Asus AX6100 (two AX 92U routers)

Out of interest, for a speedtest try using ubiquitis wifiman app and run the speed test from there as I've found speedtest.bet and fast.com to be very hit and miss in terms of providing enough bandwidth for my 330/45 connection

GT-AX11000, VPN Fusion and the Exception List

Fairly certain, by default it will fail over to the default internet connection when the vpn goes down.

Asus AX6100 (two AX 92U routers)

Most of the time, WiFi interference is too high and also the distance is too great. Any possibility of putting one of them closer to the other? Also, if you go into aimesh on the web UI or on your phone app, what are they saying the signal strength is for aimesh node as ideally to get any...

ASUS AX6100 (2x RT-AX92U) constant Internet conn. problems and more

So your routers wan connection is plugged into a powerline adaptor? (Might be reading this incorrect as it's a big post) I would strongly suggest connecting the router directly to the modem with no interuptions as powerline adaptors fluctuate in line speed and noise massively. Should be fine...

If it doesn't save, use a different web browser, or clear the cache of your current browser.

GT-AX11000, VPN Fusion and the Exception List

For the DNS question, depends what dns server your router is using, if using the default ISP dns, then yes, it will need changing. If using googles 8.8.8.8 or cloudflare 1.0.0.1 for example, then all clients should be fine using the defaults.

ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Firmware version 3.0.0.4.384.7979

disable roaming asist on the 5ghz network and enable it on the 2.4ghz network in the advance/professional wireless tabs. Should stop it from roaming needlessly. If using Smart Connect, then I found the defaults to be a bit goofy, priority by default is 2.4ghz then the 5ghz networks, can reverse...

    Asus Router AX6100/2x AX92U - troubles everywhere?

When you ping, is it via the IP only or can you also ping via the hostname? Sounds like a possible dns issue, I assume all devices are using the router as the dns server?

Asus ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Issue - HP LaserJet Printer [SOLVED]

Does your SSID have a space in the name, had a few laserjets at work that have been picky buggers with that.

Asus ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Issue - HP LaserJet Printer [SOLVED]

Have you tried factory resetting the printer? Tried putting in a static IP on the printer?

[ROG RAPTURE GT-AX11000] Experiences & Discussion

I've found it to be rock solid for me, no drop outs on any of the bands so far. Correct about ax92u. 5ghz-2 is AX 160mhz. 5-ghz1 is only an AC band at 80mhz. Which is fine for me as I'm mostly using it as a media bridge for my PS4 Pro and TV.

    GT-AX11000 bonding stability?

I have a qnap ts-473 setup with bonding, has been fine for a few months now, was also fine with my older rt-ac88u.

[ROG RAPTURE GT-AX11000] Experiences & Discussion

It's not US based. It is a local internal IP range, so you either have 2 routers on your network or your ISP is using carrier grade NAT to distribute IP's. If you go to ipchicken what IP range do you get? (Don't type the full address on here just the 1st 2 octets)

[ROG RAPTURE GT-AX11000] Experiences & Discussion

It will auto connect to the 5ghz-2 band if you manually connect once to it as it's a separate ssid if you want to. I have 90% of devices connected to 5ghz-1 and a few that I want to have full available bandwidth on 5ghz-2. All roams between nodes happily I don't use smart connect, so don't...

[ROG RAPTURE GT-AX11000] Experiences & Discussion

Glad it's helped. Dlm isn't always the enemy either, it can screw you if the line profile gets stuck, but generally dlm will only slow you down if the line loses sync a lot and has a lot of CRC errors or frequent disconnects in the space of a few minutes . Once every 24 hours or so/ 30 minute...

Tested Rapture GT-AX11000:) and ordered RT-AX92U 2-Pack today:)

Shouldn't need to access the mesh AP's at all. I copied my settings on this page. https://www.snbforums.com/threads/rog-rapture-gt-ax11000-experiences-discussion.50396/page-16#post-543327 For me, I'm in the UK and in a quiet area with regards to radar and competing WiFi so I don't get any...

ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Firmware version 3.0.0.4.384.7979

Ensure if using a modern Intel WiFi card to downgrade from 21.60 to 21.50 as the latest driver has caused me no end of problems on my own equipment and several hundred users that I support across different companies with wildly different wireless infrastructure in place. The latest intel driver...
