    Sounds like an experience I had with symetric Nat, and Grand theft Auto V on the AC 88U I used to have, the issue is resolved with the full cone option in my AX88U. Well it wasn't the only game that had the issue but like I said it's an issue with symetric Nat.

    in pihole enable conditional forwarding, in the router under the lan tab set a host name, then it will show device names.

    did you enable full cone nat in wan it works for me im on xbox one x. also in the network settings for the xbox hit clear alternative mac address, and try changing the default port number the xbox uses.

    I think it's a bug in the beta 4 update after flashing to the new beta 4 I'm getting full speed with AI protection on on my AX88U.

    I seem to be getting that nf_contrack expectation table full error again seems to have returned after the faulty beta 4, I'm on the revised beta 4 after following Merlin's instructions. I hope that one day Asus will fix whatever is causing the that error message.

    You might want to it could be a bug, but in the meantime I'd use that old script to expand the contrack table.

    You did the factory reset going form stock to Merlin before installing scripts?

    Odd I haven't seen it for ages what firmware version are you running at the moment?

    There is more units that support it but if memory serves correctly it's the newer units I'd give it time probably isn't long till it makes it into stock, I'll have to see if the original author is available to update the article.

    It works exactly the same as Netgears does and I haven't had any issues with it on my AX 88U. Censorship is not an issue here, just be chill like me and you will get along with everyone here fine, the only thing may be language barriers especially with people that are non native English...

    I'm hoping that includes FQ_Codel for adaptive QoS is one of those updates, and possibly a VPN to my home network like ubquity has they call theirs teleport. Mabye in the not so distant future cake in adaptive QoS but I won't hold my breath for it.

    In certain models on Merlin fork of the Asus firmware there is full cone Nat option, but it's limited to HND units like the RT AX 88U for example.

    with adaptive qos don't use automatic bandwidth, you need to use manual, also try using the flex qos script with adaptive qos see if that helps.

    What game is it it's probably best to use a port range instead it covers all the ones used.

    id suggest buying an asus router if you would like to use the merlin fimware, otherwise reflash back to netgear stock i also suggest that you read that notice posted about the firmware your running being illegal.

    i think its marvel, well thats what my surface pro 4 has and it works perfectly fine
