    Just bumping the question above. Wondering if an ER-Lite would be more than sufficient for my needs, or even an ER-X? Also, how would OpenVPN performance be on say a Raspberry Pi 3?

    So was following the picture on the Ideal branded box.. And as it turns out I guess the picture was from "behind" the plug vs viewing it from the front. Stupid. Thanks bud..so it was incompetence all along. Ha.

    Male ends are the issue, doing them on long runs of builder installed cable (otherwise would definitely just buy short runs pre-terminated!). The keystones I've used are all self-crimping and I haven't had an issue with those. Builder seems to have used 568a as far as I can tell, but god knows...
