Bad crimper...or bad crimping?

New "EZ" crimper (basically the Platinum one), same results. Followed the video as best I could, and nada. I've never felt this incompetent, unbelievable.

Any issues in these photos?

Basically you had the plug upside down when you inserted the wires.

So was following the picture on the Ideal branded box.. And as it turns out I guess the picture was from "behind" the plug vs viewing it from the front.

Stupid.
