    As @Vexira said, only with Conditional Forwarding enable on the Pihole, then all names show.

    I'm sure there are multiple methods, but these work absolutely and no device can escape by using its internal DNS entries. Pay particular attention to the way the GUI DNS entries are actually processed. They are not done #1 then #2 if #1 fails...

    Are you using YazDHCP? If so, try just reinstalling it. I had the same on an earlier version and a reinstall solved the issue. All entries were there, just not loaded for some reason until the reinstall. Permissions likely.

    AX86U DNSFilter enabled with local IP as DNS. Applied beta 2, no device had access. Same entries as others in the log. You can access the router by setting a static IP on your device. Does no good for Internet or other devices, but you can reach the router to easily load b1 or troubleshoot.

    There is a way to force the issue of using a particular DNS server and I use it here for my pihole. One of the things is that whatever you have in the WAN DNS is reversed, uses entry 2 instead of 1. Mine is set for a public server 1st pihole 2nd. Pihole gets the call everytime and I have had no...

    FWIW I have never gotten more than a "C" on DSLReports speedtest/bufferbloat. With this build, downloading a 150Gb file from Google, I get an A+ across the board. Working a treat Merlin, thanks.

    Well... When I first enabled cake on my AX86U, I had the same speedtest results. Just miserable. Then, I noticed that I had transposed the up/down numbers. Switching them resulted in fine speeds. Yeah, I'm silly like that sometime.

    If you choose cake and disable the Enable GeForce NOW QoS UPnP control, you will get an error asking you to enter a value. What value or where isn't given. I don't use GEForce, so disabled it.     If you are running Merlin firmware currently, install YazDHCP and your static DHCP assignments will be downloadable and restorable to any router running Merlin and YazDHCP. An excellent addition to my router. Static assignments were the thing that made me hesitate to factory reset a router.

    I have these log entries where I am unable to decipher the client. Feb 21 14:07:31 dnsmasq-dhcp[27767]: DHCPSOLICIT(br0) 00:04:b3:0c:0b:7e:03:bc:dd:e1:ac:06:fc:4c:0b:b0:84:d5 These are repeated over and again, while it does no harm, maybe the client is misconfigured.

    Only if your actions actually result in a fix. Which, in this case, it would not. I don't think I'd hire someone who doesn't really correct my issues.

    Again, if there was a problem that indicated a clean start is in order. In this case, the suggestion is the same as 'Have you turned your computer off and on"
