    Even if one configures A DFS channel manually or a width that requires the use of one, the router sill scans for RADAR and will change channel if detected. The use of DFS effectively changes your channel selection to Auto with a selected starting channel.

    It's disconnecting for a reason and as the backhaul is WiFi, the reason is likely one of the many common WiFi issues. Also, is your node running the latest Ausus code? That might help as there have been some fixes though the AC routers are not being supported as well as the AX routers...

    Merlin and factory use the same AI mesh code. Have the main router forget the node. Then reset the node and connect as if new.

    If your router was on a DFS channel and this can be at 20, 40, and 80 wide and it heard Weather Radar or Aircraft Radar, it will report that it did and change channel.

    If this is what's happening, the event should be in the log. Nodes defiantly can run 160 wide. In general unless you have links faster than 1-Gb Ethernet, even with everything perfect, 160 wide will only provide 10% more throughput and at the cost of a lot of issues that you must avoid.

    Your Roku is not dropping the connection. Your are turning it off and therefore disconnecting it. Your Roku is failing to detect it's network connection. Have you backed out the Guest network change?
