Internet going down multiple time a day :-(

i had the same problem. however, only with the 2.5 GbE WAN interface, but since the beginning. several times a day i had the same error message in the log and the internet connection was gone for a few seconds. also on older firmwares. the 1GbE WAN port never had these problems. I then changed...

Replacing AC86U with AX86U - what about settings?

I had almost nothing to reconfigure. VPN and a lot of other stuff is stored in /JFFS. Just backup it and restore afterwards. I was even able to save most nvram values when I went from my AC68U to the AX86U. And to all the others who warned me: I never restored any .CFG file. All I did was a...

Replacing AC86U with AX86U - what about settings?

I agree to it might not be the best to transfer nvram settings. But it did work and I got the new router setup in less than 5 mins as almost every settings were transfered.

Just to let you know: NVRAM Save/Restore Utility worked without a glitch. Most router settings were transfered. Running system without any problems :)

Replacing AC86U with AX86U - what about settings?

I am gonna replace an old AC86U with an AX86U. After installing merlinwrt, is there a way to "copy" my settings over? Or do I have to reconfigure the new router step by step? I'd like to keep settings, DHCP allocations etc. if possible.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.7 is now available for all models

I have lines with: " kernel: ERR: rdpa_cpu_tx_port_enet_lan#223: rdpa_cpu_tx_port_enet_lan failed. rdd_rc=120 tx_rdd_error_count=1" in the log with 387.7 from time to time. Did not see that message on any beta or older versions.

    Domain-based VPN Routing Script

@Ranger802004 Could you also include not only the openvpn interfaces but also the wireguard (e.g. wg11) ones? Would this work?

    Asuswrt-Merlin supported 10Gbit/s model?

Is there a supported router model which does support 10 Gbit/s WAN Ethernet yet? Or are only some 2.5Gbit/s models supported yet?

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.3 beta is now available

beta 1 and beta 2 are running fine on my 86U. no problems with VPN after dirty upgrade. :)

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

What do you mean by vpnmanager? I use a vpn, yes. But not nordvpn. VPN should have nothing to do with it, as it still works fine. And the speed is the same as on older merlinwrt firmwares. I can use my whole 1000/1000mbit bandwith, so hardware acceleration is still there. Seems just like...
