    One additional thing that I tested recently, If you have device that tend to lost connectivity even the wifi logo still shows connected, you may disable Target Wake Time (TWT). You may feel connection become a bit faster too.

    Find 'Airtime Fairness' and disable it. You can follow my setting too if you want.

    I think you better upgrade each XT12 first and then remove it from Aimesh. After that, upgrade AX11000 and add your XT12 back to Aimesh.

    you cannot use 160Mhz as your area have radar equipment.. thats why it keep missing.. and that is also why Asus need to introduced 6Ghz channel to cover this problem.. My area dont have radar so I can use that 160MHz for a long period.

    what channel did you use for 5Ghz-2? you may play a bit with channel other than DFS if available.

    I dont have that issue at all.. I install the firmware wirelessly during Aimesh with another XT8 and GT-AX11000. And to test it alone I also do remove node from Aimesh to see how the GUI when using Gnuton. Then I add it back by finding node wirelessly using GT-AX11000.

    Asus Zenwifi XT8 WIFI Speed

    I can get almost 700Mbps on my Iphone 13 Pro Max at XT8 node (ground floor) using Speedtest.net apps. My wall house is bricked type. Main router is GT-AX11000 at 1st floor with 800 DL / 200 UL Mbps internet plan. Maybe you need to check your setting and optimize the wifi channel.

    Hope Asus can add features to make wireless backhaul have more configuration like able to choose which wifi to use as backhaul instead of making all backhual only connect to 5Ghz-2 main router...
