    I agree with L&LD. IMO, the separate router does provide more robust isolation between the IoT devices and your main network. You would have completely separated networks, as opposed to the Guest Network where your isolation comes from some firewall rules. But is the overall benefit of a...

    I'm seeing this as well. I have several Google Home devices and I'm getting lots of these messages in the log. I'm running Merlin FW 386.2_6. Sounds like the issue lies in the Asus base software though. Does anyone know if this issue has been fixed or what it's current status is?

    That's awesome, I'm glad you got it resolved. I'm sorry if I took you down rat-hole. Factory reset is a good first step to any oddball issue. I don't think you mentioned which factory FW version you were running when you loaded the Merlin FW.... Do you remember?
