    I did a dirty upgrade from 384.12 on my AC68U and found that the firmware notification would not go away. Checking nvram I found webs_state_info=3004_384_13_0 Changing this to webs_state_info=384_13_0 solved it.

    Just stumbled upon the TX power setting. On the recent Merlin FW there is a slider whereas here the power is specified in mW. Is there a table showing power values for the individual slider settings? At the moment both bands are set to 80mW while my AC68 is set to "balanced".

    My RT-N66U is running in repeater mode and I wanted to switch off both bands during night hours but for some reason the following command does not work. # wl -i eth1 off wl: Unsupported What am I doing wrong? Never tried it on older firmware versions.

    Thanks for the advice! I followed your steps... but with slightly changed boundary conditions. I read a lot about issues with the RT-N66 and even more about the RT-AC68 being a fairly stable router, which btw would fit nicely to the RP-AC66 I have. So I decided to give the AC68 a try.
