    Yeah, I understand that and as I wrote you I've been pestering them at the other forum for few months... They still haven't resolved it. I thought it was some simple missing command being not send to Quantenna during initial boot which is on the other hand sent properly when one toggles WPS on...

    Finally someone else with the same bug as me!!!! @RMerlin could you please investigate it.. I am not alone anymore! :D @CiscoX ... for the time being you can hide your SSID, it disables WPS permanently.

    Do you have hidden SSIDs? After flash and factory reset I didn't touch the WPS tab at all as it stated disabled, yet broadcasted as capable...

    Hi, this is how it looks on my Wifi Analyzer: and on my Win8.1: Update: For the time being I resolved the problem by disabling SSID broadcast, for hidden networks, the bug doesn't occur.

    Maybe you could try Dropbox which after some tranfers disables download option but allows people to copy the 'undownloadable' FW into their Dropboxes and then they can easily get it. I tried copying the firmware into my mediafire and downloading it from there but still the transfer was crappy...

    Hi Merlin, thanks for the firmware, it's my first time on your release and already feels great. There is however a security issue present in the AC87U_378.50 firmware. I've reported it to ASUS already few months ago but still they did not resolve it. Could you please look into it?

    Any chances for alternative hosting? mediafire gives <5kBps transfer rate... EDIT: it gives 0kpbs speed, downloading the FW is simply impossible, maybe any donators link?

    That is a very bad decision, the performance has been confirmed to be improved in the new releases. Moreover the latest *.3885 fix contains some security issues resolved.

    Yeah... the 5GHz network takes up to few minutes to fully boot.

    WDS mostly works only between network solutions provided by the same manufacturer... mixing brands is like a roulette... might work great and might not work at all. I tried to WPS a TP-Link to my AC87 and failed miserably ;)

    Wrong, the latest stable FW is 3.0.0.4.378.3885, it fixes quite a few important bugs ;)

    yup can confirm. 1) Have IPV6 disabled 2) Had SSH enabled. IMHO there should be an option to enable SSH only on LAN side, not both WAN&LAN
