When I was using IPv4 NTP servers only I noticed too many udp ntp request unreplied in the connection status but after I changed it to a dual stack server I have not seen it anymore. I guess I'm just complying to what I see and use. All services that I use( ntp, streaming, email, downloads...

Are you using IPv6 dual with IPv4? If so, try to use NTP servers that are IPV6 enabled also.

It's either you haven't reset to default factory settings since 388 or maybe have QOS enabled that affects this feature since by using QOS you agree to trend micro's privacy.

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 Beta is now available for Wifi 6 models

Just what I've said before I think the factory default is off for Apps analysis started in 388 probably because of trend micro's privacy policy..

This line from release note: Is this in conflict with Simon Kelleys commit 13 days ago? https://thekelleys.org.uk/gitweb/?p=dnsmasq.git;a=commit;h=eb92fb32b746f2104b0f370b5b295bb8dd4bd5e5 Other than the question above I'm very happy with this firware in AX6000, it solves my 2.5WAN port and...

    Wi-Fi calling

Go to WAN-->Nat passthrough make sure ipsec passthrough is enabled. WIFI calling doesn't get triggered when your phone service has a strong signal, it turns on at a certain threshold. To test wifi calling put your phone in airplane mode with wifi on.

    [ 388.2 alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

It isn't a bug. That default value of being off started since 388. If you were upgrading on top of previous versions the App analysis stays to its present settings. The default off will present itself once you set the router to factory defaults.

    Release ASUS RT-AX88U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.22525 (16-02-2023)

160MHz bandwidth isn't designed for static *channel* assignment for the reason it uses DFS channels. Gov't. agencies uses those frequencies, therefore, they do not want us to hold on to them permanently if it causes interference to them. They share those frequency provided it doesn't interfere...

    Release ASUS RT-AX88U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.22525 (16-02-2023)

Also, setting the channel fix contrubuted to the stability of the conneection. That's why If you can try to set the interval to its default we'll find out if it's a factor. It's my experience by setting a static ip stabilizes the wireless even if the interval is at 3600 secs.

    Release ASUS RT-AX88U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.22525 (16-02-2023)

Well then by all means if you use wireless to tx/rx within your LAN, the higher link speed will serve you better. However, to benefit from higher speed your ethernet must be rated higher than 1G otherwise this LAN speed will be your max.

    Release ASUS RT-AX88U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.22525 (16-02-2023)

Your router WAN speed of 295.42 seems slow for the link speed of 2400Mbps you're getting. What is your ISP;s advertised service you're subscribed to? Looks like you have 300/10 Mbps service? If that's the case, setting up your channel bandwidth @160MHz is overkill for your service, 80MHz will...

    Release ASUS RT-AX88U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.22525 (16-02-2023)

That's okay see how long that will last before trying the interval. I'm surprise your link rate @2400Mbps represents a 160MHz wide connection. What is the speedtest result at that rate?
