    How could the net B device get internet access or have any routing function since the router's network is a different network (net A)? I would have thought any net B devices connected to the router wouldn't be able to do anything.

    UPDATE: I did the network stack reset suggested by sfx2000, and after a reboot no change - it still took a long time to connect. I then poked around in the NIC driver and turned off all the WOL features and set the Tx power from med-high to med. Then I disabled the Bluetooth PAN adapter. Now...

    Why do you think your cert is not 'working'? Is this the self-signed cert the router creates? Then I think the browser will always complain.
