Neither ASUS nor any specific company sponsors this site. I have to ask @OzarkEdge, if this website is so “crappy”, why are you still here?

Here is further information from my ad provider. I have been working with this company for many years and they have no “shady” dealings.

@Tech9 Does this happen often? Which mobile platform and browser. Specific device, OS version and browser version would be helpful.

@OzarkEdge Again, what "new owner" are you referring to? I've heard back from my ad provider. I've opened a conversation passing along his request for information to help debug the problem. They employ, i.e. pay for, a special service to block malvertising.

That's a good point. I thought he was referring to this site, since he is advising you to leave it.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Yours is the first report I've received about this. I'm discussing with my ad provider.

@OzarkEdge There is no "new owner" of SNBForums. Ads pay the bills and I try to keep them to a minimum and generally don't allow pop-ups and other obnoxious ad formats commonly found on many other sites. So if there is a pop-up, whether legit or not, it should be reported to me so that I'm aware...

Looking for feedback: Anyone considering AiCloud important to them?

@Tech9 I received two reports about your behavior on this thread and have reviewed the posts. You’re trending back to your ways that got you temporarily banned awhile ago. At that time I reinstated you on the condition that you stop editorializing, which you did. Do so again or you’ll go the...

I no longer run SmallNetBuilder. The new proprietor is running it strictly for ad revenue. Unfortunately, all dates have been removed from articles.

    Wifi 7 NICs questions

At least according to Dong, the Qualcomm M.2 card is available only bundled with a PCIe desktop adapter. https://dongknows.com/qualcomm-ncm865-vs-intel-be200-wi-fi-7-upgrade/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CVJPCQFJ/?tag=snbforums-20 And yes, only 2 streams.

    Wifi 7 NICs questions

You generally will not see 4 stream clients and definitely not in M.2 form. Power and space are at a premium in mobile devices, so 2 stream is the rule. You might see a PCIe format card for desktops. But that usually is an M.2 card plugged into a PCIe adapter. Intel is pretty much it for M.2...
