    Even in the skynet.log file I can only see blocked events and not dropped ones. I am aware of the hourly cronjob and it is very useful.     I know it mounts as I have checked it with a couple of methods. I have seen it mount mou sda1 once and when I rebooted as sdc1. So I was wondering if it mounts to a random point or at the first available one for instance if the available is /dev/sdc1
