    Asus 87r NAT questions.

I know when I was troubleshooting it, I landed on a long thread over at the MS Xbox Live Community Forums, where MS Forum Mods were replying about in that post, and I did submit my feedback at the time for it. I hope submit feedback as well.

    Asus 87r NAT questions.

On the Xbox One, make sure that the Power Save option is ON. I've seen where the Xbox One is in Instant-On mode, UPnP does not register properly with your router. Enabling Power Save fixes it. The second I put my step-son's Xbox 360 on our network is when I noticed this happening, which seems...

    Wireless connection issue

Have you tried selecting a channel range that won't overlap them and see what happens?

    RT-N66U Dropping WAN Log attached

I would say disable it for the time being, and see if you notice a difference. If you do and need DDNS, maybe research that and see what/why that could be causing your WAN issue. I don't have DDNS enabled on my router, so I am afraid troubleshooting the "Why?" part of that I won't be of any use.

    RT-N66U Dropping WAN Log attached

I'm not an expert, but this line stands out: Sep 25 16:49:43 stop_wan(): perform DHCP release Then a bit down there's DDNS connecting errors, and after about 1 minute from the above posted error, DDNS finally connects. It's after that that DHCP seems to start assigning your devices looking...

    Xbox One Strict Nat Issue

This will sound crazy, and I didn't believe this at first. Like you, I tried everything, DMZ, port forwarding, assigning static IP...nothing worked. Then I stumbled across this: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4267/t/1634443.aspx It seems that changing from...

    RT-N66R WiFi dropping

You should log into the router itself and view the System Log. If you know the time frame it happened, look to see what the router reported as to what was happening. Not sure if it'll go that far back for you today, but if you could try to re-create the problem and monitor the System Log, that...

    RT-N66U + Motorola SURFboard + Charter Communications = fail

Well it has been almost three weeks now since I posted, and ever since I got rid of the Motorola SurfBoard cable modem and got the new Arris modem (can't recall the model # at the moment), I have not once had this issue. Charter did have a nationwide outage about a week and a half ago, but...

    RT-N66U + Motorola SURFboard + Charter Communications = fail

Hello everyone! First post, but I joined to chime in on this, as I am currently going through this myself at my duplex, RT-N66R with a Charter Surfboard modem. I've flashed and set up from scratch Merlin's latest. I do have an IP in the DMZ. I have set the WAN - DHCP to Normal. During...
