    Same for me, ALWAYS use merlin firmware from AC68-u till AX88, and now i have a AX-88 Pro, i needed the extra options with SDN etc.. and use stock firmware, but when Merlin release a 3.0.0.6.xx for a AX88 Pro, then directly i go back to asus merlin firmware.

    I hope so too, just updated from AX88U to AX88 Pro, hopefully merlin 3.0.0.6 will come soon, just on stock firmware now because of the vlan/sdn, but i really mis the amtm tool

    :) that's the best news ALWAYS used Asus Merlin firmware but unfortunately had to go back (downgrade) to stock firmware because I could configure the VLANS more easily. (wired and wireless) I can't wait for the merlin 3006 version to be released !

    Thats the problem, when you import a backup file, you also import the (corrupt) settings . After a full factory reset (WPS button) you need to setup everything again manual

    do a Full reset with WPS button, and setup everything manual again, if you restore from a backup, you will have the same (corrupt) settings.
