    ASUS router and HomePod mini

Thanks I will give that a try. 1 thingi forgot to mention is I did have my phone and HomePod bound to the main router through the app but we lost power and when it restarted they switched to the mesh node. I don’t know how that was allowed to happen.

My problem is if my HomePod is connected to the main router everything works fine. If it moves to the mesh...

    Asus Router iOS App Issue

Use the web GUI. Go to lan then dhcp server click on the client drop down list and remove from there. I could not find a way to remove them from the iOS app either.

    Rax120 as Ap

I’m not sure how to explain this but I’m gonna do my best. I have a rax120 running in Ap mode with a ASUS rtax11000 as the main router. I am able to log in to the rax120 through the web gui just fine. The problem I’m having is with the nighthawk app. Sometimes it works and sometimes it keeps...

    Which ap ?

I have a ASUS rog ax11000 As my main router. I want to set up an ap in my basement. I have 2 choices for the ap. I have a NETGEAR rax120 and a ASUS rt68u. I think rax120 is probably the better router but should I stick with all ASUS? Would there be any conflicts using the 2 different brands or...

    Idle timeout

I don’t know what it is. It is a setting in my router. I have an ASUS ax11000. It is among the settings in the web GUI and all it says is idle timeout. It was set at 20 min. I will gladly give what info I have. Just ask what was needed without the sarcasm. I understand you are donating your time...

    Idle timeout

If I knew what it referred to maybe I would not be asking the question. Thanks for your exceptional wisdom though.

    Idle timeout

Would disabling idle timeout on my router help keep my Wemo switches from dropping connection? Restarting the router puts them back in service and not all of them drop. Is there any adverse effects to disabling idle time out? It is currently set at 20 minutes. Thanks for your help.

    Delete old clients

I have a ax11000 running on the 8011 firmware. Is there a way to delete old clients that are no longer on the WiFi? They still show up in the list. On my NETGEAR there was a remove option and I am wondering if ASUS has this option somewhere and I’m just not finding it.

Asus GT-AX11000 Not Achieving Full WAN Throughput

What did you use for this test? I’m curious to test mine. I have no Ethernet enabled laptop to plug in and test with though. I switched from a NETGEAR rax120 and they had a built in speed test to test the speed coming from the modem to the router.

Ax11000 and Rtac68u in aimesh question

I removed mine also. I really hope they change this because I actually like the mesh setup and the way it integrates with the app. I switched from a NETGEAR rax120 and I’m glad I did except this little bug.

Ax11000 and Rtac68u in aimesh question

First of all I love the ax1100. I have had it about a week but my sons Playstation was getting a week signal in his basement room. I got the rtac68u to set up as a node to correct this. It worked well but I lost 1 of the 5ghz bands on my router for a wireless backhaul. Is there any way around...
