    amtm issue

Not yet, as I wanted to make sure nothing else was a miss, since this was a working setup until today. According to those instructions [~] # /jffs/scripts/amtm -sh: /jffs/scripts/amtm: No such file or directory Is something should be located on that path?

    amtm issue

Hi. AX86U. Noticed that kill switch was malfunctioning. I've putty-ed into router and cannot type amtm - command not found. Tried to reinstall it. When trying this command: [~]# curl -Os https://raw.githubusercontent.com/decoderman/amtm/master/amtm && sh amtm I get: Welcome to amtm The...

VPN kill switch not activating on AX88U with Asuswrt-Merlin

And another question. Regarding merlin vpn director. Say I've noticed that established openvpn client connection is not good, getting slow speed etc And usually what I would do is I would flip the switch to disable the connection and re-enable to reconnect. Now if I disable the connection I...

VPN kill switch not activating on AX88U with Asuswrt-Merlin

Yes. I saw that. Now since there's no way for me to generate the "error state" I basically have no way of knowing if it even works. So I'm leaving it to chance basically. Unless there's an easy way to test the kill switch?

VPN kill switch not activating on AX88U with Asuswrt-Merlin

I just found out that if you turn off manually the client openVPN connection kill switch doesn't engage. I'll probably go back the previous 386 firmware I had that worked as intended. No vpn - no Internet.

AX86U link speed hitting 940mb/s but no wifi on any device can get above 600mb/s

Quick question. Why do you expect to hit over 600mbps? Have you seen your devices being capable of more with another router etc? Or someone reported these devices can get more than 600 etc? I have ax86U but not a single wifi-6 capable device..

New Asus RT-AX88U Slow Upload speeds on Wifi only

I believe if you lock it down to just 160MHz than the only devices that will be able to connect will be those that are capable of 160mhz wifi6?

VPN traffic redirect and kill switch problem

I'm on ax88u and experienced a real public IP leak upon a router reboot too. Does this firewall rule trick still work on new Merlin firmwares?

New Asus RT-AX88U Slow Upload speeds on Wifi only

Ok, I've reset router. No changes in wireless behavior. Maybe it's something very specific to my note9. I'll need to test another AC device..

New Asus RT-AX88U Slow Upload speeds on Wifi only

Is it OK to save the settings via admin menu, and restore them after reset?

New Asus RT-AX88U Slow Upload speeds on Wifi only

Is full reset needed for out of the box router+Merlin firmware? Also at 2.4Ghz SSID I'm getting 100/100, so upload is higher than at 5Ghz.

New Asus RT-AX88U Slow Upload speeds on Wifi only

Yes, I've renamed the SSID, same result. Changed the channel as well to a free one, no changes. instead of 500/500 or something close like at least 400/400, I'm getting Down 250-280 and Up 70-85 tops... Not sure what else to look for..

New Asus RT-AX88U Slow Upload speeds on Wifi only

In a same boat. Just bought ax88u. put latest Merlin on it. and my note9 is only giving me around 280mbps Down and 78mbps UP. That's on 500/500. Frontier router gave me around 240 both up and down... I had to disable AX as with that phone wouldn't even connect to wifi at all. Anyone found the...
