Had a strange issue occur today. Both 2.4 & 5Ghz wireless stopped working. They were not visible from devices as well as the wireless lights on the actually 3100 were not lit up. I rebooted and still had the issue. Unplugged for a few minutes, still had the issue. Once I reset the device to default the Wireless Radios came back up. This is the first time this has happened to me. Was using 384.20308 at the time, I have since updated to the latest(20379).

Anyone come across this issue? I don't have a device with a lan adapter so I couldn't log in to see the status of the router.

Thanks
John

If your device is upgraded from 380. I suggest to do the reset default first.

its been a long time since I ran 380. I aways do a reset before and after the FW upgrades. No big deal. just thought I'd ask if anyone else has seen this. so far after the reset its been fine. Now I'm dealing with DHCP WAN issues. that seem to clear up 12 hours after I do a reset. :(

I have the same problem, I upgraded my firmware and rebooting and still my wireless does not appear on my network. I have 2.4 5 and 2 guest setting up and any can't see

Since resetting the device I have not had any issues. You might want to try that. I’m also running stock FW right now until 384.4 is finalized.
