I am in the UK and have the sky hub as the first inline (DMZ) then have the RT-AC68U as the home router. 2 Foscam(different model numbers) IP cameras worked perfectly when the SKY hub was the wifi/internet access point. Now I have switched to the AC68U my foscam FI9831P V2keeps dropping off the connection and doesn't automatically restore. My older foscam a different model still works flawlessly. So I am thinking somewhere along the line the FI9831P and AC68U don't get along for some reason.

I am accessing then via the static IP's that were set up.

Running Merlin 378.56_2. Anyone had similar issues, I search the forum for foscam problems, can see a few but nothing that is exactly the same as this?

Hi,
When it dropped off, did you power cycle the router to see if it reconnects? If I were you I'd switch around two cameras
for temporary to see what happens. WiFi connected cameras need decent signal strength to have stable operation.
If they are cable connected, that is diffetrent case. I use iSPY or Synology surveillance station to operate my two WiFi
cameras. Works very well.

If I power cycle the router the FI9831P doesn't come back up but the older one does.Occurs both wireless and cabled. I have switched camera positions and it the same FI9831P doesn't come back up.
