Isn't your ISP saving timestamps and IP addresses ?
Have you registered your router at the manufacturer ?

No my ISP has a well filled pool with ip-adresses.

Nevertheless I switched back to Merlin and stays there for a while.

Thats it with the magic commands from su_root!

(and my missus kills me if I test more...)

Weird, I can't get this services-start script to work.
No matter how long sleep, but udhcpc command then works in CLI.
Then it works in my dualwan enviroment.

But if I mount my 32GB SDflash in my E3276s-150 NONEhilink,
then I'm stuck with udhcpc everywhere.

I think I have to reconfig my Tiny d0vad0, or back to RT-AC68U_3.0.0.4_374.41_alpha4

I will soon start to use internet just with huawei 4g dongle with ac68 router. Could you send link for that firmware?

When I bought this router, I though that this would be best router to use internet with 4g dongle. After reading this forum it seems that I was wrong and firmware is total mess...

It seems that I should have bought Huawei b593s router with built in modem. It is said to be rock stable.

@fraatti
Don't know but according to this thread seems it works with latest
Merlin build for other but not for me  I use dual wan, SDcard, big USBdisc, other APN, NONEhilink.

I guess they as you use just dongle and several of them ISP= telenor.
So read this thread and try the script, I guess it should work.
With a startscript and correct APN.

As I wrote earlier, rename your script to init-start and it will work and longer sleeps so the ASUS script first fails.

Code:
#!/bin/sh
sleep 120
echo -e "AT^NDISDUP=1,1,\"internet.telenor.se\"\r" > /dev/ttyUSB1
sleep 5
udhcpc -i usb1 -p /var/run/udhcpc1.pid -s /tmp/udhcpc

The script must then be saved as a unix-script and therefore Notepad++ is needed.

After upload to the router the script must be changed to executable (X) for the owner (root) (properties)

and then be happy ;)

Thanks for advice, but I think you telling me how to suck eggs.
Nothing new for me in your advice hopefully it could help someone else.

Jan 1 01:02:19 WAN Connection: WAN was restored.

So the Asus script fails at 1.29 and my script runs after 2 minutes without any issues.

I also got "Dual WAN" enabled.

as I remember the DUAL WAN has to be enabled. Without the Dual Wan the LTE Modem will never get connected.

I was reading this somewhere but don't remember where.

OK, it dosnt work for me !!!!!
Modem + SIM is OK in windows XP

No I have a unlocked modem E3276 from Telia.

Found modem : E3276
Model : Huawei E3276
Firmware : 21.192.03.01.07

Cannot break the connection for all info for the moment and don't remember any terminal commands for info about the modem....

EDIT a test.

Modem connected to PC and choose "Only 4G", then test with the router again.

Well if you asking me to test 4G only on PC ??
the answer is either way phone/PC/router I dont have 4G
simple as this with LTEonly NO connection

Are you using a telia branded dongle unlocked by yourself, with a telenor SIM ???

I thought that you was forced to use HILINK with them, so it dosnt matter hilink or not with telenor ???

OK... then everything seems to be ok?!

I am using a Telia branded E3276 unlocked with DC-unlocker and then using Telenor 4G network....

Yes, everything is OK because dongle is connected d0vad0 Tiny, now again.

I wait for updated f/w from asus/merlin and try dualwan again then.

thanks for trying to help

No the "self-made" script works and the firmware seems to be fine.

Sorry for the confusion!;)
