I had been seeing in my RT-AC68U router system log "Disassociated due to inactivity (4)". This message was being logged every 60 seconds and it was my Android mobile phone. The phone would lose it's wifi connection and immediately reconnect to the same wifi network every 60 seconds when it was idle.
I upgraded the RT-AC68U firmware from 386.2_6 to 386.3_2 without touching the settings.
The condition continued as before.
On the RT-AC68U I stayed on firmware 386.3_2 and I did a factory default restore and checked the "Initialize all the settings" box.
That fixed the problem. No more "Disassociated due to inactivity (4)" in the system log and no more disconnects on my phone.
