My setup:
WRT32X (Primary) <---------------> RT-AC68U (Repeater)
DD-WRT --------------------------- Merlin 384.5
192.168.254.254 (static) --------- 192.168.254.253 (static)
Functions: DNS, DCHP ------------- Functions: Repeater only
Clients get DHCP address (configured on WRT32X) from: 192.168.254.1 to 252
When WRT32X goes down or connection breaks for any reason RT-AC68U starts assigning 192.168.1.x address to all DCHP clients. As far as I know there is no DHCP deamon running in repeater mode. Why does it assigns different IP range?
