3g usb - secondary wan lease expired?

Piker

Occasional Visitor
I have a sierra 320u 3g modem setup on my N66U as the secondary WAN in 'Fail-over' dual-wan mode. Just wondering if i'm doing something wrong here because the Secondary Wan settings always say 'Lease Time:renewing' and 'Lease Expires:expired'. The internet connection is working fine, i'm just wondering what the DHCP Lease issue is here? (if there is one..)

Any ideas, anyone? I can't monitor my internet traffic/useage without the modem being granted a lease..

I have the same by me. Its in all builds like this. But don't see actual the issue as internet traffic/usage is monitored correctly at least in my case. Its not logging anything by you ?

Thanks Speedy1205.
I dont know what my problem is then. When I view the Daily Traffic Monitor output it just shows zero reception, transmission and total. Could it be anything to do with me using the 3g modem exclusively for my internet connection?

well I have the same only 3G connection. But I just saw that you are using the Global Daily ? This is empty by me as well.... but I reset today the Logs as I changed the location, so there is no full day yet. When I do Global last 24 hours than I have data. In my case I use mostly the by Device as I need to know which Device uses the most, as I have the mostly GB limits. I will check tomorrow again if I have there some in Daily.

Do you see some errors in the Logs that it cant open some files etc. ?
