4bay 1U Racknount for Home Network

I have outgrown my current HP Media Vault (1 TB Raid 1).

I mainly use my NAS for file sharing, digital pictures & audio files. I will be adding my DVD's and possibly BD on there in the future. I will also use it to backup (3) pc's and (4) inwall touch screens.

I am looking for a 4 bay, hot swappable, in a 1U rack.

I need something fairly quite as this will be in one of my home theater racks.

I would like access to the files remotely by iPhone and/or windows IE.

I currently have a gigabit network with all Netgear products.

I am currently using Nova Backup Profesional 12 for my backups.

Build quality, reliability & support are very important to me.

I would like to keep the price with drives under $1,500 but can go higher if needed.

I have been looking at the following:
Qnap TS-419U+ & TS-412U
Synology RS-411
Netgear ReadyNAs 1500 (Can you get this BYOD?)

Any thoughts on these or other NAS would be very helpful. I have enjoyed this forum and look forward to your comments.

No rackmount NAS is going to be quiet. The form factor limits fan size and has poor natural airflow.

Any of them will work. You'll get more bang for your buck with desktop form factor.
