4G-AC86U No DNS server option in WAN - Mobile Broadband

My 4G-AC86U router has no WAN > Internet Connection > WAN DNS Setting > DNS server option. I have it configured with mobile data only, no dual WAN.
Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.382_41621 - seems up to date.

How did you get that version? My router doesn't see newer one. Says it is up to date.

You are up to date. He doesn't have the same router as you. He has a 4G-AC68U.
