Sure, if there are no non-Wi-Fi sources of interference around.

Test for throughput, latency, and consistency of those two with your normal set of client devices. Doesn't matter what Wi-Fi radar reports, your actual results are the only things that count. :)
 
As you (presumably) have a UK router, if you can use channel groups 100-112 or 116-128 without being effected by radar they should offer better coverage than channels 52-64. YMMV
 
Thanks for replying, signal is strong all over the house and garden, was worried my SNR was high.
