@Kashif Tasneem, reading over your posts again, I see that you're jumping back and forth from wildly different firmware.

After flashing the firmware you want to test, do you do a full M&M Config as outlined in my signature below?

If you didn't, there could be the source of many, if not most of your issue(s) right there.

forget it, your first picture shows clearly Control channel 0 while set to Auto, which indicates broken Wifi-chips.
After power off and cool down they may come back for some time, return or RMA!
