AC1900P Lan Ports are not working

Hopefully they aren't recycling bad/returned units onto the shelves. I'd be hacked off too.
 
Reading through the thread...

There are times where a device fails upon first use - this happens, but it's rare...

The production workflow and processes - after SMT, boards go through a physical inspection (ensuring all components are in place, good soldering, etc) and then into BIT - the NAND is normally programmed with the bootloader and factory test code - BIT runs, and if successful, the customer code is flashed on the line, for devices that fail BIT, they go to rework, where techs remedy any issues and put the boards back on the line, or discard the boards... with a mature device, the yields are incredibly high.

This is done before it goes to the next stop, which is putting the plastics on, and the the product goes to kitting where the boxes, docs, accessories all come together...

But two devices - this suggests that it's either a bad cable, or a bad port on the other end of the wire...

Not enough info to go on here as to what the rest of the network configuration is like. However, I suspect that this is more environmental, rather than the device itself.
