Yesterday I flashed my AC1900P with 3.0.0.4.382.18547 and started getting problems with IPV6. I run an Icinga monitor and it started complaining about ping6 errors. Then they cleared up, then they came back, etc. all night long. IPV6 would be OK for about an hour then would break and then recover a little later. I let it go all night but in the morning I flashed back to 3.0.0.4.380.7743 which is working OK.

My short investigation showed that the interfaces lost their IPV6 addresses (besides the usual link local ones) while it was failing. I didn't push any farther but I would like to know what I could be looking at if I update again or if it happens with a later release.

IPv6 is a complete mess all the way across the board. If possible just disable it it's really not needed and may never be.
