Ac56U on 378.56: 'Block internet' from android app does not work

Im using Ac56U on 378.56 and 'Block internet' feature applied for one of wireless devices from android app does not work.
In clients list this device is displayed with Blocked mark, but it stillhas te internet access

Even after a reboot of both the device and the router?

I did not check it this way. But I noticed that application setting not only Block flag, but bandwirdth limitation too. Seems like android application allows it but it does not work together.
After I removed both properties in browser and set only Block - this device has left Internet access without any reboot.
