AC56U VLAN Tagging

Hi there,

First post here, am currently looking at upgrading our home network with an AC base (no AC devices to speak of yet). The RT-AC56U looks great on paper - doubting we will require 3x3 anytime in the future and USB3 is nice.

My question is, does the AC56U support VLAN tagging (VLAN10) on the WAN port (for New Zealand fibre), the AC66U does and the setting can be set in the following location: "It's under the advanced setup options in the connection wizard, or under IPTV settings".

Is there someone who has the router able to check this for me please?

They both use Asuswrt, so they share the same features. If VLANs worked correctly with the RT-AC66, you will have the same settings available on the RT-AC56.
