AC66U | Intermittent Connection Issues

BrianK

New Around Here
Hi.

I have a AC66U running 378.55

For the past 4-6 weeks I have had issues with intermittent disconnects where my connection drops and I lose modem sync. This happens multiple times a day. I do not believe this is an issue with the router however would appreciate if someone could review the my router logs from a coupe recent outages to confirm. Comcast says there is nothing going on in the local network.

I typically can only get the connection to comeback online if I power down the modem and router, wait 10 minutes, and bring up the router, then Modem.
