Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a RT-AC68U and I can't seem to make it connect to the internet.
I have a BrightBox 2 router (from EE in the UK) and what I did was, I disabled DHCP, Firewall, Wireless and NAT from the BB2, then proceeded to connect the AC68 onto the gigabit LAN port of the BB2.
On the Asus connection wizard, no matter what options I select it doesn't connect, be it either DHCP or PPOE, with the correct broadband username and password that the BB2 uses to connect, it fails to connect always.
This is what the front page of the BB2 looks like, in case any info there is necessary:

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks,

Hi mate,

I am aware and that's how I set it up, BB2 GB LAN to AC68U WAN. It's just that it doesn't seem to detect the BB2 as a modem or as anything for that matter.

I'm not sure if I need to change the gateway of one of them, since both default to 192.168.1.1. Since the AC68U has DHCP on, I guess I need to change the AC68U's gateway to something else so the BB2 doesn't lie within the DHCP's range? I don't know, pretty confused.
