Hi!
Noticed that during heavy upload from wifi-connected laptop to server connected to cable, routing latency jumps significantly from 5-15ms to ~100-300ms.
running latest Merlin beta.
ping to router itself (192.168.1.1) doesn't change, ping to "last mile" hop on provider side (174.7.96.1) increases significantly. I can feel actual increase - videoconferencing starts stuttering and breaking.
interestingly, if I change traffic direction and copy server -> laptop, no jump is observed.
I suspected firewall (even though it shouldn't be involved in internal traffic) - it didn't help.
Any suggestions what to look at and what to do, besides setting up separate router and AP?
thanks!
