AC87R Failed to find

AC87R Dual Wans show Disconnected but WAN2 works

Hey Merlin,

After installing the AC87R today in our network, getting this:
ep 27 12:51:26 kernel: *** ERROR: [update_full_url_by_mac:2621] Failed to find udb entry

Both conenctions on Dual WAN show as disconnected but internet still works, nothing to indicate disconnects in log other then that message.

Any ideas?

Also want to point out that the light on the router itself is red, but no connection issues, posting this from it.

Edit: Also, its using the secondary WAN.

Want to follow up if anyone else having this issue.

Both WANs show disconnected but both are up, I can reach the router's external web-based admin by the WAN1 IP and currently it is using the WAN2 setup.

It seems to flip back to Cable after 30 minutes to an hour, then stable for 2-4 days and same thing happens.

I am also getting the "ERROR: [update_full_url_by_mac:2621] Failed to find udb entry" errors in the log. Any ideas as to why?

I too started seeing this error this morning on. Woke up to about 100 of these, and they're still building.

Anyone find out what's causing them?
