New Around Here
Evening,

noticing something strange. None of the iDevices in my house (kids iPad, her indoors iPhone) can access App Store, App Store content or iCloud when attached to the wifi. They go to someone elses house and its fine. Firewall is disabled, even tried putting the iPad in DMZ, no joy. Seeing Assured tcp connections from the iPad to port 443 to the local CDN for apple.

Anyone else had a similar issue? Running 380.69_2...asking the questions of the young lad...seems its been an issue since last year, cant identify time frame though. Every other website seems fine but even if you go to a page that links to their app on the iStore, even the webpage will not load in to engage iTunes on the device.

Any help would be appreciated.

I too had this issue in the past. Seemed to mainly affect iPhone, I don’t recall having an iPad issue. Quick fix is to do a network settings reset in iOS.
Problem eventually fixed itself with iOS updates, &/or router firmware updates.
Not sure which. I strongly suspect it was an iOS update but YMMV.

happening on a brand new iPhone X, also a factory reset iPad Air 2. Latest FW on the router, latest FW on both i-devices. That was how I caught onto it when the young lad says he cannot update his iPad or do app store but fine on someone else's wifi. Nothing strange or startling set up on the router for protections. STatic assigned LAN addresses for known devices. QoS setup and little else. Will need to see if the PC has a issue with iTunes and the store maybe too.
