Access local resource from Guest Zone without sharing resources?

I want to be able to allow AirPlay and MusicStream to my receiver (port 8102) from the WiFi Guest Zone but can't get it working.
As I have several file shares and media server on the local network I don't want to share the resources on the Guest Zone.

Any ideas on how I can do that?
