Access Point with multiple SSIDs, VLAN support and powerred by PoE

I am lookind for an access point that can be powered over ethernet and that support multiple SSID's that I can assign a VLAN tag.

The reason is that I have a second house on my property (currently split in two apartments) that I would like to give access to both internet and television signal (iptv).

The network would looks like this:

Firewall -> VLAN switch with PoE -> Multiple Access Points (One VLAN for each apartment, me etc).

I can find an access point like TL-WA901ND that supports what I need, but is anybody aware of newer and faster products with these features in a soho price range?

These are professional AP's but their price is very close to SOHO, especially if your talking 2.4ghz. The Ubiquiti products: http://www.ubnt.com/unifi#UnifiHardware
They use POE and they support multiple SSID's. The controller software is also very good.
