Adding a script

Would be appreciated if someone showed me how to add: require_ssl_reuse=NO

I've read through some scripts but I'm unsure which file it gets added to and how to upload into the router. I have Ax86u firmware 3004.388.8_2

Yes FTPS. I'm getting a 552 SSL connection failed refused connection and see someone who added this made it work.
