New Around Here
First, my apologies if this is posted in the wrong place. Feel free to move it to the correct one or to let me know.

I've been a long time user of the RT-AX86U & Merlin and I've very rarely encountered any issues.

I just received a new GT-BE98_Pro today and after putting Merlin on it, I noticed the captioned issue ie. the different tabs on the Addons page don't seem to be populating correctly. scmerlin in amtm shows I have the following installed:
---
connmon http://cerberus.home/user1.asp
scMerlin http://cerberus.home/user3.asp
Sitemap http://cerberus.home/user4.asp
spdMerlin http://cerberus.home/user2.asp
---
If I navigate directly to the URL for scMerlin, it displays correctly ie. the UI is displayed correctly with the scMerlin tab in the foreground. See attached screenshotA.
If I click on any other tabs, the page replaces the UI shown. See attached screenshotB.
The exception is the Help & Support page which spawns in a new tab and
Clicking on "Addon" of the vertical menu bar spawns the first Addon tab in its own browser tab ie. connmon similar to screenshotB.

I did the following before turning to here:
1. this is a new router and a fresh install of AsusWRT-Merlin.
2. did not notice any errors during the install of the firmware or the utility software.
3. removed all the utilities and tried installing them a second time.
4. deleted /tmp/menuTree.jsp when removing the utilities and let it be created again.
5. rebooted after the initial install and multiple times while trying to determine what went wrong.

Other than the bare minimum of configuration done on the router so that is usable by the rest of the family, I have refrained from doing anything else so that I do not add more complexity to the existing. The router and the firware is doing great at the moment with no issues other than the inconvenience of the UI problems.

Perhaps its something I've done, not done or forgotten to do. Your help to fix this problem would be most welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Read through this thread for answers: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/compatibility-findings-with-addons-with-gt-be98-pro.90657/. Basically, there are development versions available to address the issues that you describe.

Thanks for responding.. gonna have to read through the thread and process what it says carefully.
