Solved Almost Zero 2.4 ghz channel capacity

Asus wifi radar shows that my AC86U only has 1% capacity in 2.4ghz wifi. What could be the issue?

Also, the channel with the most bandwidth changes. It was 11 last night and it is 7 right now, and it is channel 5 when I took the screenshot.

Wifi site survey usually only finds one or two 2.4ghz networks around me.

AC86U was placed on a high window stool. I moved it 2 meters inside the room and channel capacity is back to almost 100%.
